Please Note

Socks are a MUST (Parents & children inclusive, shoes and bare feet will not be allowed)
In case of late arrival, your party still ends at the scheduled time.
Party time is either 2 hours or 3 hours depending on your package and includes use of party rooms and the playground. Once your party ends, you are required to exit both the party rooms and the playground. Time exceeded will result in extra charges ($40/15 mins)
Party can be upgraded or downgraded subject to room availabilty and adequate notice.
Loot bags MUST be handed out at the door upon leaving the facility, no candy should be handed out in the playground.
Confetti is NOT ALLOWED in the party rooms or the playground, there is a $45 charge for confetti clean up.
All pizzas MUST be ordered through Simply Play, No outside pizzas allowed.
Keep the party rooms neat as you leave, there is a clean up fee ($60) . This fee will only be charged after an assessment of the party rooms has been made after your party, if the party rooms are left in a messy state, a clean up fee will be charged.
Please RESPECT our facility during your parties, bin your garbage and keep the playground clean.
